The time indicated at the time of booking is indicative: to do the tour, just go to the meeting point with your voucher at the time you prefer within the time slot you purchased, with no need to communicate this time in advance. From 1 April to 31 October: from 1.00 pm to 6.45 pm; from 1 November to 31 March: from 1.00 pm to 5.45 pm.
The tour will be suspended in case of bad weather.
The route of the gondola ride is subject to change depending on flood levels and other circumstances.
Bearing in mind the flexible hours of the tour, it could happen that when you arrive at the departure point, no gondola is ready straightaway. In these cases, a wait of up to approx. 20/30 minutes should be needed.
